(AP): New Hampshire's Republican U.S. Senate primary is becoming a contest over personalities- not issues- with no one taking a decisive lead... Mike Dennehy, a Republican strategist who was a senior adviser for John McCain's presidential campaign, believes each campaign has a defining moment. "I don't think that's happened yet in this campaign," he said of the seven-person race. Dennehy said each candidate should be thinking about creating such a moment "whether it's a unique issue that helps separate them or whether it's a Hail Mary pass."
